Take a minimum of five strands of hair with a follicle (from the root) and place it into a small sealable bag to ensure the sample remains dry during transit.
** COUPLES & FAMILY TESTS **
Please ensure hair samples are individually packaged (per person) into small sealable bags.
Step 3
Place hair sample(s) with completed test submission form(s) in a secure mailing envelope (C5 or C6) and ensure correct postage is covered.

Pet Test Kits
If you purchased a pet intolerance test, your testing kit will be despatched shortly and delivered to the registered delivery address within 3 to 5 working days.
Please note: that complete instructions are provided within the testing kit.
Results
A detailed report is emailed in PDF format within 72 hours from receipt of the hair sample and test submission form.
