Not Received Your Test Results?

Please note due to the ongoing pandemic, we are experiencing longer than expected delivery times (5 to 7 working days) from the Royal Mail and other delivery providers. All received test submissions are processed promptly with results emailed within 3 working days. We apologise for the delay and thank you for your patience during this difficult time.


There can be many different reasons why you have not received your results. Please don’t panic. It may take up to seven working days for you to receive your results from the receipt of your sample; because of postal delays, weekends, or national holidays.

We have a dedicated team on hand to investigate and resolve the matter in a timely fashion, so if it has been longer than that, then please complete the form below, and we will aim to respond to you within 24 hours.
