Royal Mail Deliveries May Be Affected Due To Exceptionally High Volumes and Covid-19 Pandemic

Some customers may experience slightly longer delivery timescales than normal. The Royal Mail has confirmed “exceptionally high volumes” of post this winter, so please expect an extra 2 to 3 days for delivery of the Testing Kit and processing of your hair sample.

All received test submissions are processed promptly with results emailed within 3 working days of receipt.
