Step 2

Take a minimum of five strands of hair with a follicle (from the root) and place it into a small sealable bag to ensure the sample remains dry during transit.

Step 3

Place hair sample(s) with complete retest submission form in a secure mailing envelope (C5 or C6) and ensure correct postage is covered.

Results
